Isle of Arran
Escape. Experience. Enjoy. Arran is an island that offers your adventure, wellness and time, to simply be in the moment and soak up the best of Scotland's island life.
The west coast of Scotland is a special place, and as soon as you step aboard a CalMac ferry and sail towards the stunning island of Arran, you will leave all your stress behind on the mainland. As you approach the iconic silhouette of Arran, with Goatfell's jagged lines dominating the sky (if the clouds lift to let you have a preview), you will instantly relax and start to get into the way of 'island life' for your stay here.
Being surrounded by water, nature, beautiful landscapes and friendly faces, no matter what direction you look, you will get lost in the character of Arran and be inspired by every new sight or experience on the island. It's a place that stays with you, even when you leave. That's why people come back, time and time again.

Troon Links
The home to three fantastic courses:
- Darley – recently tamed, but still recognised as one of the most challenging courses to play to your handicap.
- Lochgreen – historical Open qualifier where Jack Nicklaus qualified for his first ever Open, a unique mix of links and parkland holes.
- Fullarton – the shortest of the three, where rounds often take less than three hours to complete. Ideal for the beginner, it still offers enough of a challenge for the more experienced golfer as accuracy is key on the short holes.

Culzean Castle
Robert Adam’s cliff-top masterpiece rises above a world of woods, beaches, secret follies and play parks
This glorious 260ha estate was once the playground of David Kennedy, 10th Earl of Cassillis – a man who was keen to impress with his wealth and status. Opulent to the extreme, the park is planted with conifers and beech, sculpted around miles of sandy coastline dotted with caves, and finished off with a Swan Pond, an ice house, flamboyant formal gardens and fruit-filled glasshouses.
The castle itself is perched on the Ayrshire cliffs, incorporating everything the earl could wish for in his country home. It was designed by Robert Adam in the late 18th century and is filled to the turrets with treasures that tell the stories of the people who lived here.
